Hi:  Meet Susan McCormick, the pretty lady in white shorts and Paula Barras your, obedience instructor.

We are in our fabulous training center, where we have  (3)  40 X 50 fully matted and gated obedience/conformation  rings, with a 40 X 90 agility working area, not to mention loads of crating space.  We have a full kitchen

and two huge bathrooms.

Our Business

We are here to help you train your dog to be a Good Citizen, with Day & Evening Classes. 

Oak Grove Training Center was originally opened August of 2004 in Bossier City, Louisiana.  We moved to our large, ultra modern facility in Haughton, Louisiana in February of  2007. 

Susan McCormick's dream was to have a environmentally controlled dog training facility that was clean with air conditioning and heat so that training could be accomplished year round.

Susan has met her goals and by anyone's standards, the OGTC is a world class dog training and event center.

Our instructors, Paula Barras, Susan Dyer and Susan McCormick have combined experience of over 40 years of judging, training and showing dogs.

Who We Are:

Oak Grove Training Center, is a FULL dog training facility, with air conditioning and heat for you and your dogs comfort. 

• We offer obedience classes, Home Manners and numerous other activites for your dog. 
• We offer Puppy Classes for you new family member. 
• We have Agility Classes fun for everyone. 
• We offer all levels of training for AKC & UKC events.  We also offer the new sport of Rally.
